What are Guardsman Product Warranties?
Guardsman Product Warranties help protect your new furniture and mattresses from accidental stains and damage caused by you or someone in your home. A product warranty provides service for stain removal, repair, and even replacement* of irreparably damaged items, so you can keep your furniture in good condition for years of enjoyment.
What does the Guardsman Product Warranty cover?
Guardsman Product Warranties provide you with protection against all accidental stains and damage, including but not limited to:
– Food and beverage stains
– Human and pet bodily fluids
– Lipstick, nail polish, cosmetics
– Ink, glue & wax
– Rips, cuts, tears and burns
Can I purchase a Product Warranty after I have already received my furniture?
The Guardsman Product Warranty must be purchased at the same time as the furniture or mattress you would like to protect. It will need to be on the invoice and applied to the product before any use.
How do I make a claim?
1. Contact Guardsman within 5 business days of the stain or damage occurring.
2. Be sure you can identify the cause of the accidental stain or damage.
3. Have the invoice for your furniture and Guardsman warranty handy.
4. We’ll do the rest!
What if you can’t clean or repair my furniture?
Our customer service team will investigate a number of options to find the best fix for you, including replacing cushions or cushion covers, recovering the area with new fabric and, in some instances, even replacing the piece of furniture!*
Where can I find a copy of the Product Warranty T&Cs?
The warranty booklet can be found in the care collection kit or mattress protector you purchased or will have been provided by your retailer.

Does my warranty cover stains caused over time, or general wear & tear?
Built up stains or damage, or those caused by normal wear and tear are not covered by the Guardsman Product Warranty. Wear and tear occur with ordinary, everyday use of your furniture. Furniture Product Warranty are designed to cover stains and damages caused by a specific incident. Overall cleaning is not covered as this is considered maintenance for normal wear and tear as opposed to the spot cleaning provided by the warranty for accidental spills.
My furniture needs cleaning. Does my Product Warranty cover that?
The Guardsman Product Warranty does not include general cleaning.
Is there any fine print I should know about?
